La Lune d'Or																				
Peace and relaxation is what La Lune dOr is all about.
The house is situated on the southern slope at the edge 
of the picturesque village  of Redu in the authentic Ardennen. 
There is a big garden with high deciduous trees,borders and lawns 
where you can enjoy the beautifull views and the sun from the terraces.



Rooms																					 
Enough of nature? Then you can retire to one of the three 
tastefully decorated rooms or the lounge. Each room has 
another view of the huge green garden. The beds are welcoming 
with promises of a good nights sleep. Look at your leasure at
the pictures above of the three rooms. 


Breakfast
In our aim to maintain a healthy and ecolological enviorment
we serve as much biological, locally grown products as possible .
In the separate dinning area everybody has there own table.
In good weather breakfast may be served outside.  



Dinning area and Summer Patio
In the dinning area you may sit with your Ipad, a good book 
or play together one of the (board)games that are available. 
There is free WiFi. Coffee and tea are freely available. 
A bar is also present where drinks may be purschased. 
The sun terrace has an extensive view of the valley. 














  
Redu   
Redu is a small cozy village with teraces and as many as seventeen second
hand book shops, traditonal craft workshops for calligraphy, paper making
and book binding, to which this village owes its fame. A delicious 
evening meal may be had at one of the four restaurants in the village.
You may also just go to one of the teraces and  sit in the sun.



Surroundings 
Deciduous and Coniferous  forests alternate with meadows and fields.
The closely lying  Lesse-valley is more than sensational in every season.
From the guesthouse  you may explore the surounding area on foot,
by mountain bike or car. A tour on a horse is good alternative?
Canoeing on the  Lesse and the Semois is also  very adventurous.
  
												

Walking , Cycling, Drives and Excursions 	
Folders with car and walking routes are available at the guesthouse.
A mountain bike may be hired close by. There are many tourist attractions
(also for children) in the area. Laveaux Saint-Anne, Euro Space Center,
The Caves van Han, The Castle Stronghold of Bouillon, Citadel of Dinant,
Chevetogne park. France, Luxemburg and Germany are within a one hour drive.

	   										   		
Groups
Our guest house is ultimately suited to small groups/family gatherings 
from 5 or 6 people who wish to celebrate or just to be together. 
If you book with a group of at least 5 people then the rooms, 
dining room and lounge area are exclusively yours. 
The guesthouse has its own entrance.
